JV Systems has been supplying consulting & technical support services to various schools in the Central North Island  for several years now. The support services include regular site visits, phone/email support, systems and technical advice, ICT strategy reviews, ICT infrastructure server and networking upgrades.

JV Systems is now a fully Authorised Education Reseller for Microsoft. We are able to provide full sales, support and licensing advice for Windows, Office and other Microsoft products.

Generally schools have local IT support administrators that handle the day-to-day support and routine tasks, and utilise JV Systems services for second level troubleshooting support, hardware and software selection advice, and general systems/technical advice and mentoring. We believe this provides a very cost effective support model and works well for schools.

JV Systems is fully conversant with the Ministry of Education ICT Standards for networking and computer hardware as well as the Microsoft School Licensing Agreement, and as such is able to offer sound advice in these area's. Also through direct involvement in setting up and supporting schools ICT applications, JV Systems is also able to provide basic support services for common education software packages such as Musac, Kamar, AstTle, Alice Library Software, etc.
