Platinum Service Plan
Platinum Disaster Recovery - $49.95 per month (minimum 12-month term)
- Phone Helpdesk Support
- Onsite within 4 hours (business hours; calls after 1pm: next business day before midday in Zone 1 -3, zone 4 is 6 hours)
- Mileage costs apply Zone 1-4; outside these zones: POA.
- Deployable backup Starlink included at no extra cost until your unit is replaced/repaired.
- Replacement of your main Starlink device at your cost, including installation and any additional costs or travel
- Outside of Zone 1-4: price for service POA
Gold Service Plan
Gold Disaster Recovery - $29.95 per month (minimum 12-month term)
- Phone Helpdesk Support
- Onsite next business day (business hours; Zone 1 – 4)
- Mileage costs apply Zone 1-4; outside these zones: POA.
- Deployable backup Starlink (daily charge of $5)
- Replacement of your main Starlink device at your cost, including installation and any additional costs or travel
- Outside of Zone 1-4: price for service POA
Travel Costs
Simple Travel Costs for peace of mind
We offer a straightforward travel cost solution to make life easier for our customers. Note that travel is charged on top of the DR service as and if required.

Starlink Failed? Not for long.
We will deploy a backup Starlink to your site within 4 hours or by the next day, based on the service level you select.
This service is available for a monthly fee plus travel charges (only when you need a visit), calculated according to your zone’s distance from our JV Systems office in Taupo.
